Subway booked our entire loft floor to create an actual Subway store for the day to showcase their new line of sandwiches. Our lounge space was used to host media while they gathered before entering our Showroom space to experience the event. Our Showroom space was decorated and staged to Showcase the Subway brand, along with customized digital signage and custom room colors.
Foot Locker / UGG - NFL Press Event
The teams at Foot Locker and UGG co-hosted an NFL football themed event in our Boardroom & Lounge space. We created a custom setup for them with a separate video game station, live streaming of the Thursday night football game, and created custom digital signage to showcase and highlight their brand partnership. Foot Locker and UGG utilized our creative brainstorming wall as a display area for their shoes — magnetic shelves quickly and easily stuck to our wall to provide a dynamic merchandizing feature area. Custom Spotify playlists were uploaded to our music system to provide the perfect soundtrack for their event.
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Event
We worked with Nordstrom to create a branded experience event for their 2018 Anniversary Sale event here at Cliqk Studios. We worked with the team of Siren PR to transform our entire loft floor into a Nordstrom showcase for their latest fashion, accessories, and product offerings. We had custom branded vinyl coverings created in our Lounge space for our pool table and lounge wall windows to celebrate. A custom Spotify music playlist was created, and our digital signage screens were activated with a sizzle video reel. logo signage, and images galleries of upcoming items.
College Fashionista / Clique Brands - Clubhouse Event
We had the pleasure of hosting the team of Clique Brands for their College Fashionista Clubhouse Event for two weeks in our Showroom space. The entire space was completely transformed to create an intimate, branded experience as a place for participating college interns in fashion. Multiple daily events were hosted for groups of 25 to 75 guests including guest lectures, panel discussions, yoga classes, as well as welcome and closing parties.
Manhattan Kickers Annual Fundraiser
We hosted the Manhattan Kickers Annual fundraiser event in our Boardroom & Lounge space. The event organizers utilized our multi-media collaboration wall to post images, flyers, team jerseys and other miscellaneous items to show off their team’s highlights for the year. We connected our multiple digital signage screens to their live auction system and other screens we used to play slideshows of their team members.
Yoobi Press Event
Yoobi is an amazing company that designs and sells fun and inventive schools supplies for kids. Core to their mission is to donate school supplies to kids that can’t afford them. Their vision is to one day provide all kids in need with the tools they need to learn and be creative.
Yoobi hosted a very colorful and ornately designed press & media event in our Showroom space. Yoobi partnered with the very talented LA-based design team, Wild Child Party, to create an immersive, engaging experience for their media partners and guests.
Care Of - Press & Media Event
The team at personalized vitamin startup Care Of transformed our Showroom space into a fully branded experience for their press / media partners and guests. Custom foam cut letters were displayed on our floating kitchen wall shelf to anchor the space as their own. Full sized vinyl covering were used extensively throughout the space to reinforce their branding, website and customer journey. We complemented their decoration with custom digital signage that took elements of their branding and color palette.
Young Living - Seedlings - Launch Event
We had the pleasure of hosting actress Ellen Pompeo (Grey’s Anatomy) and the founders of Young Living Essential Oils for their Seedlings launch event. The event featured their new line of baby lotions, fragrances and essential oils. Our entire floor was utilized for the event — our Showroom for the product displays and branding, our Lounge for private media one-on-ones, and our Boardroom as a back-of-house area for the team to prep and store their items out of view. Custom digital signage was created by us to reinforce branding elements throughout each space.
Campari Tasting Event
Last night we had the pleasure of hosting the team at Campari who reserved our Showroom space for a tasting event.
